Pin-up Reptiles has been keeping and breeding reptiles for over 20 years, mostly as a hobby. Owner Eddie Ehrman, says he's owned animals that most people only ever see at the zoo!

There have been times when Eddie wondered why he owned animals like the time he was chasing his 5-foot long Nile monitor lizard through a parking lot at a mall or when he opened the kitchen cabinet in his apartment only to find his "angry-to-be disturbed" reticulated python coiled around a ketchup bottle! Eddie and his wife, after much research, found the best animal for business as well as the best animal to be a good pet. That animal is a BALL PYTHON!

A ball python is a small to medium sized snake with a docile temperment that does not require much space. Because the ball python has become so loved in the reptile community, a couple hundred morphs (or variations in color or pattern) have become sought. These snakes are naturally black and gold but through hand-picked selective genetics can be albino (yellow), pure white with blue eyes, silver with black patterns, spider-patterned, bumble bee-patterned and so much more. Pin-up Reptiles breeds and sells many varieties.

The whole Erman family gets involved with the business. They house over 100 snakes at any given time and everyone helps clean and feed. During the summer, the kids watch baby snakes hatch out of their eggs and take their first look at the world.

To transport snakes, Pin-up Reptiles uses natural cotton cloth drawstring bags. Because the bags are reusable, Eddie chose to hot stamp each bag with the Pin-up Reptile logo. "Working with the BAGS team and getting the artwork was easy. The bags were completed quickly, I can order in small quantities, and reordering is a snap.
