Oliv You & Me

Oliv You & Me is a gourmet Olive Oil shop located in downtown Boulder, Colorado. They import extravagant Olive Oils from Spain, Greece, Australia, New Zealand, and of course, Italy. Along with their huge selection of Olive Oils, you will find fresh bread, meats, cheeses, cakes and cookies, olives, gourmet food, and cook books.

Oliv You & Me owner Patti Scott is a seasoned traveler and has years of experience with traditional and exotic Olive Oils. Olive cultivation has been around since approximately 6000 BC. Historians believe that the process began with early Asia Minor (now considered the middle east) and was introduced to the new world in the 16th century by Spanish Conquistadors. Back in 2007, we got a call from Patti. She wanted a new look for her packaging to meet the high end look and quality of her products. There would be nothing worse than purchasing a $300 bottle of Spanish Olive Oil just to have it thrown into a plastic T-Shirt bag! We decided to create custom sized wooden crates for Olive You & Me's Olive Oil bottles. They currently use a single, double, and triple bottle wooden crate. Dressed up with colored Spring Fill and Pearlized Olive, Gold, or Chocolate wraphia makes a bottle of their Olive Oil look like a million bucks.

Oliv You & Me also utilizes various other packaging solutions. They use several different sizes of our Natural Kraft paper shopping bags for food items and gifts. We also print two sizes of custom oval labels for Oliv You & Me. When you visit the store and make a purchase, it becomes a beautiful presentation no matter how they package it.

I just know that if you visit the shop in Boulder or their website, you'll walk away with more knowledge about Olive Oil than you could ever imagine. Oliv You & Me has also posted a collection of recipes online for new ideas on ways to use Olive Oil. I was drooling on my keyboard while reading their Pound Cake with Olive Oil and Candied Orange recipe. Oliv You & Me will soon be featuring online ordering as well for those of you looking for quality Olive Oil that are too far from Boulder.
