Boulder Book Store
Boulder Book Store opened in the fall of 1973 a few doors east of its current location on the famous Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, Colorado. The independently owned store has been growing with Boulder and Pearl Street to its current size of 20,000+ square feet. The stock of over 100,000 books is spread through 8 rooms on 4 levels. Known as "one of the world's best bookstores in one of the world's best places," Boulder Book Store has been named the Best Book Store in Boulder every year since 1987, when the award began. The store sells new and used books of all kinds, and they also carry gourmet chocolates, yoga mats, Buddhist Thangkas, and a variety of other eclectic merchandise. All of this plus hosting more than 100 author appearances a year make this much more than your typical book store! Be sure to stop in if you're in Boulder .... or visit on-line. You'll find Boulder Book Store at the very heart of the Boulder Community! The Bookstore needed a strong yet environmentally friendly bag to package their products. They chose natural kraft merchandise bags with a high recycled content printed with dark green water based ink on both sides. Natural, durable and recyclable, these bags are perfect for a bookstore. For each month's featured customer, Bags tries to showcase a customer who has used a unique approach to their packaging, and to share a little about their business with you.
