Pine Needle Gifts Located in historic Old Colorado City, Pine Needle Gifts and Dogwood Gifts & Cats Too! offers an eclectic mix of gifts and souvenirs for both humans and their pets. Both shops are locally owned and operated by Audrey Anderson who also lives in the Colorado Springs area. At the Pine Needle, "Colorado Lodge" themed home decor rules. The store is packed with different styles of art featuring
bears, moose and other western wildlife; the Pine Needle gives every customer the unique Colorado experience. Also available
are journals, "coffee table books", Colorado pottery and native artwork. Remembering that pets are important too - Audrey opened Dogwood Gifts & Cats Too to compliment the Pine Needle. Gifts vary from ceramic figurines and calendars for owners, to specialty clothing, leashes and fun toys for pets. Both the Pine Needle and Dogwood Gifts use a Basic Brown Bag Package (BBB Pkg). Audrey chose to go
with the BBB Pkg because she knows the importance of printing her name on her bags as a way of advertising. The BBB Pkg
also allows flexibility in purchasing - giving Audrey what she needed in terms of bag sizes. With five standard sizes to choose from
she was able to mix and match bags for each location. Taking advantage of one of the best package deals we have. "It was simple,
straightforward and I didn't have to buy a truckload of bags" says Audrey, "it made my decision easy". Audrey also purchased a clear
oval label printed in dark green for the Pine Needle. It is used for wrapping gifts for customers - closing tissue paper and
just generally getting the Pine Needle brand all over town! If you have some extra time and are in the area, take a walk around Old Colorado City - it is the
oldest established city in the Pike's Peak region. You can stroll along the brick sidewalks along the avenue with 100 year-old building
