There have been blanket weavers in the town Centinela New Mexico for generations, spinning, dyeing, and weaving in a tradition dating back to the valley's earliest Spanish settlers.  The current generation of weavers at La Centinela in Chimayo, Irvin and Lisa Trujillo share their craft through the Centinela Traditional Arts tapestry gallery. The gallery specializes in hand-woven wool products using natural dyes, custom-dyed yarns, handspun yarns, and the traditional Rio Grande weaving styles.

Centinela Traditional Arts uses two sizes natural Kraft paper merchandise  bags ... both custom printed with the chevron design they use for their logo. This special print job represented quite a challenge, using both a black overprint and negative print design in the same pattern. None-the-less, Bags met the challenge - producing a truly striking package for this special shop.
