In 1982, James May founded Wisdom Herbs to bring effective healing herbs from Paraguay to the rest of the world. All the herbs are carefully nurtured, selected, harvested, cured and packaged by local native experts. They are grown on pesticide-free plantations.
 

Some of the products offered by Wisdom Herbs are herbal teas, concentrated tablets and Stevia products. Stevia is a small green plant with leaves which have a delicious and refreshing taste that is about thirty times sweeter than sugar. It is also very nutritious. It is used throughout the world as a no-calorie sweetener and as a dietary supplement here in the U.S.
 

Wisdom uses a tamper-proof plastic zip bag (the same ones the police use for evidence) to store and transport their herbs in. This ensures that you are getting the correct species of herb.
