The menu for Costa Vida restaurants is TexMex - everything is made fresh in front of the customer as they move down the line. The fare is "addictively legal" and features salads, handmade tortillas, tacos, enchiladas and of course the Big Kahuna Burrito. There is also an extensive children's menu. Average meals run $4.00 - $8.00 depending on appetite and you can order, eat and pay in less than an hour. The perfect destination for quick lunch or a good affordable meal. Costa Vida also offers take-out and catering services.

The restaurants are open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday and they are located across the country - Maine, Arizona and Utah. New restaurants will be opening in 2006 through Colorado and Idaho. The relaxed theme is carried though the restaurants using a beach-at-sunset mural with surfing videos playing on a big screen and surfboard motifs throughout the dining room giving each location a "cool, costal atmosphere".

Costa Vida uses unique take-out bags for their to-go and catering services. The bags are a soft loop handle bag with a wide bottom gusset so their containers settle and don't tip over. The bags are made of plastic ensuring that any nasty spills stay contained. They are also 100% recyclable and reusable!
