AROUND THE OFFICE

There's a new voice at Bags...Michelle Edwards is our new Customer Service Manager. She's brough a lot of energy and personality with her... in fact I get tired just watching her! The good news is that she takes her relationships with customers very seriously. She loves to work with people and help them out. The bad news is that she leaves at 5pm everyday - so if you call in the evenings, you'll have to talk to our voice mail. We're all very glad that Michelle is here and working with our team. So when you talk to Michelle, wish her luck and have some patience with her while she is learning our systems!

While the next change around Bags may not be a new person - the job is new to him. Travis Sutherland was promoted into the Warehouse Manager position this month. He is very excited and has now taken to threatening the Bags Lady every time she walks into the warehouse. He's taking his position very seriously and questions everything - so you know that your packaging is in good hands. We're happy to have Travis - and CONGRATULATIONS!
